- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.Prepare the Prunes: If desired, stuff each prune with an almond or a small cube of blue cheese. Simply open the prune slightly and insert the filling.Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stuffed (or unstuffed) prune with a half-slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick to hold everything in place.Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the bacon-wrapped prunes on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
